The agent has serious integrity issue. I bought a house in Fremont from this agent a few years back, and the house was listed as 4 bedroom. However, later I discovered from county records (by accident) that the house only has 3 bedroom. The extra room is a later addition by previous owner but does not qualify as a bedroom. This agent must have known this knowledge beforehand that this bedroom does not qualify but still listed as such. Obviously my buyer agent needs to share some of the blame but the listing agent Timothy is the main culprit here as he is the source of false advertising.This is a major ethic and integrity issue. Please stay away from this agent.

As usual, last month, we received Timothy's flyer in our mailbox for the houses on market.  We were surprised to see Timothy's photo in a wreath which normally we see in memorial. We googled and learned the sad story of his passing.  Timothy was our listing agent ~15 yrs ago, it was a smooth transaction.  We were about to contact him for another house sale.... so sad.   We ran into him occasionally in Safeway.  He always greeted us with friendly smile. A nice guy. Please Rest In Peace, Timothy!
