Update - undermount sink attached to the granite got detached and fell off!! IMPORTANT - Working on suspended license and misleading people. Worst ever experience with Yovanik. Wish I could not provide any star at all. Here are the list of things he did - 1. He did not visit the site to provide a template and estimate on number of slabs required. He said he cannot waste time on providing templates 2. He agreed to whatever rough estimate I provided and made me purchase the slabs from MSI (Hayward). 3. He ended up wasting one of our slabs. He agreed to return the slab to MSI and pay me 75% of the cost of the slab since MSI charges 25% for re-stocking. AND GUESS WHAT, HE RETURNED ME NOTHING WHEN HE OWED ME $450!!!! He said MSI did not pay me anything.And he used my frustration against me and HE DIDN'T RETURNTHE SLAB TO ME!! 4. Made a very much VISIBLE SEAM and when asked about it, he blamed the stone for it when he himself had checked all the slabs while purchasing 5. Installed my SINK with a WRONG TEMPLATE and upon inquiring, he said clients would tell me how they want it and you did not tell me. So the question was why did he not ask me? All the undermount sinks look same when I google for it, but the sink he made is not even close to those. Now I have to live with this sink all my life. With these many issues everyday when I see my kitchen I have nothing but a big REGRET. Please please please do not even try to contact him. He will woo you with his words and then cheat you! Save your hard earned money and go for a defect less kitchen. Service: Worktops
