I always have issues with this specific bank location. Seriously makes me consider ditching Wells Fargo even though Ive been with them for over a decade.

I had a rude experience with a customer service representative by the name of Wang,it was as if she gets paid to be rude,due to everything that's going on in the world today I try my best to make every experience I have with others as pleasant as possible but Ms Wang did the opposite today,its disturbing because she got to me now I'm irritated lol but I'll shake this feeling off very soon.People be nice to one another you never know what others are going through have a blessed day

Tried to redirect customers to online website but problems wasnt solved after bouncing back and forth between several customer representatives.

Worst customer service ever!! Was sitting there for a long time while two bankers rather talk to each other instead of greeting the waiting customers. Would rate 0 star if could.
