Connolly's Fine Furniture and Mattress

We've been attempting to get our sofa repaired or replaced for 16 months now. One month after we purchased it the frame started falling apart. The closest we got was a few months ago after sending pictures for the forth time they were going to come and pick it up to look at it and contact the manufacture. We scheduled an appt for a Sunday and no one ever showed up to pick it up! I've called and sent follow-up emails. Not one response! The product quality and service is horrible!

Closing down sale but still pricey. Suitable for people who needs bulky furniture.

The sales person was knowledgeable about the products, easy to work with and one who understood my needs and taste. The delivery people were friendly, followed my direction and careful not to damage anything during the move in. Overall an excellent experience.

We purchased a couch and loveseat for our family room from Connolly's in Fremont. The salesman was top-notch, and the furniture was delivered in a timely and professional manner. They earned every one of these 5 stars!
