ASUS Computer International

I can never get customer service or tech support online. When I call the phone number, it answers, says welcome to ASUS then hangs up. They send me update notifications, but NO link. When I go to their site, put in my Model number, it just says there's an update, but no link or instructions to download the update! Their customer service online and by phone is horrific and leaves me in the lurch without any updates. Horrible.

Impossible to get warranty support. Staff totally indifferent and no way to communicate directly with leadership. UPDATE as of 12/18/2021: As a result of the original post I was able to return all malfunctioning devices (AX11000 & AX6100). Long story short, tried to set up AX11000 last week and "refurbished" unit returned has same exact problem. Support issued RMA last week that did not create a record for me to print return labels. This company is not only incompetent but corrupt! AX6100 units now today appear to be having the same problem. Asus: if you are listening, I want my money back....PERIOD!!!

Terrible computer. Don’t buy this computer. After less than 2 years the battery just stopped working. I called acus support and was told to purchase a battery since the one year warranty expired. Wasted money purchasing a battery because it still wouldn’t charge (apparently a common problem with acus computers). Called acus support who basically told me there was nothing g they could do and basically it was my problem. no wonder their warranty is only good for one year because their product is garbage. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy this product unless you want to waste money and lose all your documents etc. customer service was terrible at best. Please don’t waste your money on this garbage or any of their computers

Is this company run by ghost? No one is answering your hotline. I purchased a ROG PHONE ULTIMATE EDITION. but up to now they so called FANGIFT BOX included in my ourchased that they said it will be delivered by their third party. Is still nowehere to be found called their online customer support but no one in good mind has clear answers all just giving excuses and unclear solution to the problem all im just asking is who, when that FANGIFT. Box will be delivered. Been an ASUS /ROG customer. But your US customer support is totally useless. - even their reply is too generic. Im done with you guys. Suggesting me to contact your support center. I already placed here in my review even your support center knows nothing. They just keep me in circles.
