AT&T Store

I got two iphone XR upgrade from this store in Dec 2019. The retailer told us there is a promotion that will gives $10 credit for each installment of $20 over 30 months, so we can get the iphone XR for $300 instead of $600. The retailer's promise turns out to be a fraud. My phone bill did not have the credit and att representative said there is no such promotion. Also, the retailer added a insurance premium without our authorization. Please make sure to get a copy of the terms the retailers promised while you walk out the store, because you may not get you promised for.

There was only one employee working today with many customers. He helped multiple customers at the same time listening and answering all questions from everyone. This is the best AT&T I've been to in the Fremont area!

AT&t store in Trussville Al. 35173 has now ripped me off twice over a 3 year period. I took a AT&T unlocked I phone into AT&T in Trussville Al. to have it activated. They looked at the EMIE # & said they could do it the cost would be $51.35. After putting sim card in phone they were unable to activate phone. Handed back to me & said have a nice day. I asked my $$$ back!!! They refused said they opened up a new sim card & could not activate phone???? This is the second time this store has done shaddy dealings. The last time the district manager Christy took care of for me after I sent a email & spoke with her over phone. Now they have done it again...This store is a scam!! I would not use AT&T. The employees are motivated for the commission off the sale they think they can rip people off!!!

Mauricio is the best ! He always goes above and beyond for me . Always kind and patient with me . He helped lower my bill while getting a new phone I appreciate that very Much
