They are very dishonest people. Do not do business with them!. Their company does not legally exist. They dissolved the corporation in 2018 to deceive creditors. They owe their landlord over three months' rent. Their landlord has filed two lawsuits to have them evicted for unpaid rent in excess of $30,000!

2000 Plus Restaurant Equipment is not registered to do business with Secretary of State. Tim dissolved this corporation in 2018 to avoid tax liability. You can look up that information on the Secretary of State website by doing a business search. Look for the photo proof I posted in the picture section ********"*** I have been buying supplies for my bagel shop from this place since 2008. Tim used to always give me better deal than restaurant Depot. However, please be warned that it is how he gets you to invest big project with him. I got tricked and used him for the building of my second location. One day, he called and asked me to place order for my equipment before the end of the year because factory is going to raise their prices in the new year. It sounds like a smart thing to do right? So I put in my deposit for the equipment BEFORE my plan was approved. Tim reassured me that if anything goes wrong and the project doesn't go through, he would give me full refund back .What a fool of me to believe anything this guy said. Now 2 year's has passed, I'm still trying to get my deposit back. Both Tim and Stephanie ignored my phone calls and texts. The very rare time they respond, they would say they don't have money to pay me back. I tried to help them out by ordering equipment from them. But Tim made me feel like I'm begging for a free product from him .ordering a piece of equipment would take months. And upon delivery, they damaged the equipment. If you are lucky to get a hold of him on the phone, he would shamelessly lied through his teeth to get you off the phone. If anything goes wrong, it's NEVER his fault.he can always find a excuses to blame others. LESSON LEARN Don't be a fool like me!! Take your business elsewhere. My only mistake was doing business with 2000 plus restaurant equipment.

When I first wrote the review on here, I had no hope of getting my deposit back. However, I wanted to give Tim and myself another chance. So I called Tim and found out that he had blocked my number. I used a different number to call and got him on the phone. He told me that there will be a 25% restocking fee. This was the first time I heard about it. Tim said I made him losing a lot of money ( he referring to this bad review I gave him). You can see people's true colors at their worst time. He's more concerned about losing money than losing you as a customer. It's ok to have all kinds of fees if you disclose it in advance. But if you promised to give full refund, you better keep your words. Like other reviewers had mentioned, Tim's strategy is to "wear you out". He would keep on delaying the remedies until you feel that it's not worth your time and you decide to give up on it. If you choose to do business with Tim Nguyen and Stephanie Au, you better pray to God, Buddha every day that everything will go smoothly. I have also heard other bad stories about how they mistreated their customers and their friends which I am not going into detail here. I just wished I had believed those stories. It would have saved me a lot of headache, stress, life savings, and most importantly TIME. ******** Tim, I know you're reading this. Since you had blocked all of my numbers, I have no way of communicating with you. I'm writing it on here to let the world be the witness. You have a million reasons to not refund my full deposit back. There's only ONE reason to refund it back. That is you're keeping your words and your promises. If you're the man of your words and you have integrity, ethic, and honesty, do what you had promised the day I handed over my life savings to you. May I remind you what that promise was.... You said you'd give me back my money ( you didn't mention about the restocking fee). I also promise to take down all the bad review if I received my full deposit back. Money lost can earned back again. There is something that can't earned back. It's the trust I had in you and the business relationship that we had for 10 years. Keep what matters to you, money that doesn't belong to you, or business opportunities and business relationship.
