Called at 10:00 today and Nate was here in about an hour. About an hour later he was done for about $100 less than I thought I would have to pay. LOVE coast plumbing I will have them back and you should too.

While I like most of the servicemen from Coast their manger James is an unprofessional bully! He called me to berate me for ten minutes because I told the office I really liked one of the service men. He had me listen to his barrage of insults about how I must not say so or they will be sending nobody else. When I said ok whatever you say he became more irate. I had to hang up and cancel the service. Hope he takes his meds next time.

They dont answer calls, they dont show up at all.dont waste your time.

Wow! Have used MANY plumbers over the years, and let me just say that I was BLOWN AWAY from the service with Coast, specifically with David H, and also, over the phone with Lucy. They were VERY accommodating , kind and prompt! Lucy was great on the phone, and was able to work around my schedule, and acted fast! They work Saturdays, and provided a fantastic value (unlike others I have used that hit you for a premium rate on Saturdays)! When it was time for my appointment, I received a courtesy call letting me know the Technician was on his way. This allowed me to not have to wait at home all day on a Saturday. Super convenient! Upon arrival, David was very kind and professional, was able to help me and provide insight and clarity with both an A/C and plumbing problem I had. He cleared everything up. I was amazed at how fast he work, how kind he was, and how AFFORDABLE this company is with everything provided. I am honestly PUMPED to have found these guys! Made my weekend! OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! 5 STARS FOR COAST!!!!
