I had a great time at this office! I was a new glasses wearer and wasn't sure what to expect as I haven't had an eye exam since childhood. The staff was really kind and explained everything they were doing and walked me through the whole process. Special shout out to Dr. Chi, he was really patient and answered my million questions and even presented the option of contact lenses for me. The staff was super helpful in helping me choose some frames that suited me but weren't too pushy to make the sale. I just picked them up yesterday and I could not be happier! I will definitely be coming back here for my yearly visits.

Dr. Cooperman has been caring for my eyes for just shy of twenty years now & he is wonderful! He is always ready to answer a question, very thoroughly check your prescription and eye health, or chat hockey! His staff is friendly and professional. My family loves him!

Will never go back! When I entered the office after being told that it’s too full of people and to wait outside even though I had an appointment I smelled and could feel Lysol in the air. It hurt my lungs! In the back room it want as bad but after my appointment I was guided to the front again to order glasses. Here I witnessed the receptionist spraying behind everyone as they were walking out the door! Again I could not breath! Instead of sitting there waiting I paid my copay and left! I called the manager when I got home and she said she didn’t like it when they sprayed the Lysol either. And to let me know when I’m coming in again so she can make sure they aren’t spraying. The next couple of days my lungs hurt and I felt like I was poisoned plus I had a chemical burn in the back of my throat. I called back a few days later to ask the manger to email me my prescription and she acted like she didn’t know who I was. I mentioned Lysol snd she said it still doesn’t ring a bell?! So on top of all that you are going to lie to me? This is so unprofessional! Drs offices aren’t suppose to make you sick! I do not appreciate how you made me feel at all! And I feel sorry for all of the other people that are there being poisoned too! Some may not even realize why they are feeling so ill and weak! Lysol is hazardous to humans! If the gal at the front desk is so paranoid about getting Covid maybe she shouldn’t be working?
