I am not sure what is wrong with this owner, but their attitude is just horrible. The owner is so condescending and narcissistic. I ended up going down the street for flowers to bring to my parents grave for the holidays. After reading reviews here and Yelp, it seems the owner doesnt care and will never change. They instead will leave themselves fake 5 star reviews to pad their horrible ratings.

I live out of area & wished a delivery sent to a friend. I am so impressed with this florist and especially Brittany. Great customer service. My friend was so surprised & pleased. Additionally she was delighted at the comments she received about the flowers from everyone who visited. Staff & guests. Brittany made a return customer here.

I ordered here on Mothers Day last year and it was a very pleasant experience. However this time I spoke with the owner and she was very rude and unprofessional. If she wasnt the owner I would have just asked to speak with someone else to place the order. Every complaint on yelp is about the owner being rude. Wouldnt recommend to anyone again.
