Spoke with Kati at Reception and she was very rude and unprofessional. She got very upset with me asking questions about my medical exam. Thankfully The took over and assisted me with my queries.

The wait time is really long.  My son was a a few weeks old at the time. The doctor said  she doesn't want baby/infant  to wait so next time if we come,  she'll let my son in w out having to wait. That was a lie.  We always had  to wait and ended up spending around 2 hours here and majority of the time was to the waiting.

My son has been seeing Dr. Xuanto Leduc for the past 16 years since he was born.She watched him grow and has been caring for his health all these years. He likes & respected her like his own aunty.When he reaches his teen, and all the hormones changes, his face was full of pimples. Dr. Leduc treated his achne problem & an inhouse estethecian monitor his progress & he had a few facials there. And not long he has his clear complexion back.The front & back office staffs are very nice to us. Yes sometimes we do have to wait but it all worth it. That is because, Dr. Leduc never rush through any patients, sometimes the little ones takes up more time....its understandable.A good doctor is priceless I highly recommend her.

The doctor takes forever. Only a few patients and I've been sitting here in the waiting room for an hour. She's taking forever and there's only one patient inside right now. Unbelievable.

Dr Xuan To is a great doctor. The only thing I don't like is I have to wait at least one hour before I can see the doctor even with appointment.
