Garbage customer serviceWent in the fire new phoneThey had it in stockThey offered me screen protector I declined and they said they can't sell me phone and that I would have to get it shippedWhen I called T-Mobile after that I was told that is not store policy DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS

Went in to do a trade in, first employee didn't really explain things well and didn't give me any details , kind of brushed off the questions I was asking her , later on that day I went back to return the item I purchased , I was helped by another employee who wasn't very helpful either he had an attitude for some reason. I didn't get their names , but the first employee had glasses with a piercing on her mouth, second employee was of heavier set, beard and was balding from his hair

I went to order new iPhone pro 14 max on  11-6-22Monday and received my phones on Wednesday 11-9-22took phones to the store Jose the store manager is the best better than so called corporate store at Sierra Lakes parkway. Jose customer service skills are second to none his staff is friendly and well trained I was in and out he did two phones today for. Jose is an outstanding manager awesome person to have as a representative for the company. He printed out my return labels and packaged both phones securely. He hooked up both phones without any issues he really knows his stuff. The young lady today on 11-9-22 hooked up our screen protectors and cases I believe her name was Angelina. The store is clean and well kept they greet you as soon as you walk in the doors. Store # 334E location 15070 Summit Ave Fontana Ca 92336. You want it done right and professional go to this location because they are awesome. Thanks Jose store manager and the entire staff.
