Joel came out and helped my severely neglected piano. It probably hadnt been cared for in twenty years at this point and he helped it sound nice again. Joel was very knowledgeable and helpful. He taught me how to take the piano apart, showed me how it worked, and explained the anatomy to me. He was so patient with all of my questions. He also cleaned the piano for me and it was shocking how much dust was removed and how clean it was afterwards. A very positive experience!

I can't recommend United Piano enough! Joel Lane just tuned our grand piano and did such an amazing job. He even did minor repairs/adjustment for free. His rate is very affordable and he is extremely professional! He helped move our piano and has years and years of experience with piano moving, tuning and repair. We will definitely always give him a call when it is time to tune our piano.
