This is our third visit to lala photography, and after two satisfactory visits our third was a disaster. It's not that getting ahold of your digital photos requires you to jump through about a dozen hoops, that part did not change, it's just as painful as it was before.
Our last two visits, the quality of the photographs were generally pretty good.
This time it's almost as if it was team amateur at the helm. Photos were
either extremely under exposed or over exposed. When we brought this up to our photo presenter, they assured us that it would be fixed (should never been presented to us in such a state to begin with). Well, we just got our photos, and almost nothing was fixed!!!
Update: The next day I was contacted by the general manager. They told me to the person working on our photos was still learning their craft. The manager personally fixed the photos, which do look better now.
