        Looks like they were good 3 Years ago. Now, this is the WORST payroll company I have ever been involved with. #1 loser out of 15 companies. Nothing but issues. Now we have left these losers and now we cannot see pay stubs or W2's online. These are the type of companies that should be put out of business.

        Absolute WORST!!! They submitted an end of year bonus to the wrong employee (causing multiple tax issues that can not be resolved), not to mention multiple errors in payroll throughout the last year. Doesn't seem like they can keep decent employees

        Paychex did not submit payroll taxes to IRS creating an unfortunate "missed payment" scenario with IRS that caused huge late payment fees across multiple states.

        On hold for over an hour then hung up on, and not adjusting hours before the payroll deadline. HEY PAYCHEX, YOU WORKED HARD TO EARN THIS 1 STAR.. Lousy service. Had to switch to different company.
