    Like a good neighbor "State farm is there" but agent is missing?? I thought i am the only one but looking at reviews it looks like they dont like answering phone neither replying to email. I have plenty of sent emails and phone calls made..What an awful service you guys are providing. No communication whatsoever..

    What an awful agent! Does not answer his phone or return calls! I have been emailing and calling daily for 3 weeks and finally changed agents! I have never experienced such a blatant disregard for customer service or client retention!

    Horrible, if I could give zero stars, I would. Maybe this will get their attention....My husband and I bought a new car over two months ago and all the usual insurance and registration info was sent off to get us registered in Cali with our new vehicle and verify insurance. I called this office and gave them all the new car info, (I record my calls by the way so I have proof), and thought everything was fine. About a month later we receive a notification in the mail from the DMV stating our registration is being cancelled because we have no proof of insurance. Excuse me? I have called and left voicemails for the office, even sent a message though my account on State Farm website and have received zero phone calls from them or emails. It's like we've been ghosted. Horrible. I will be reporting this office.

    DO NOT USE THIS AGENT.  Save yourself the huge headache.  I have called them, sent text messages, voicemail messages, which have gone unanswered.  Other negative reviews are completely accurate.  They are unable to be reached, don't seem to care about their existing customers, and God help you if you need to remove a vehicle from your policy.  They said they would remove it, and I would be reimbursed for premiums I have paid retroactively... IT HAS BEEN 10 MONTHS!!!  PAY UP BRENDAN MOHR.  FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT YOUR STAFF TELLS YOUR CUSTOMERS!  This is the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced!  I wouldn't recommend this insurance office to anybody.

    One of the worst experiences with buying insurance in my life (auto, homeowners, liability).  They never return emails or phone calls, you can never reach a live person, they don't complete promised transactions (like cancelling insurance!) weeks after promised, etc. etc.   Very poor customer service and State Farm makes you deal directly with the agent.  I got caught in a totally unproductive "loop".  Even the State Farm agent I transferred policies to when I moved to another state couldn't get them to return calls or messages!!  Frustrating.
