Do not rely on competent delivery of online orders. Son had ordered a bouquet to be delivered on my birthday on 11/21/2023.
When I hadn't received anything by 7p.m. I notified him. He checked and the site said delivered at 6:15 p.m. I had been in room by front door from 5 p.m. to 7:30p.m. with my dogs. Didn't show up on Ring camera, my security cameras or neighbors.
I did receive a simple bouquet at 9:45 p.m. and that person knocked. Did not receive care instructions.

I truly try not to write negative reviews; however, I couldn't let this go. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers and look at the pictures of what was sent. Some are dead... 6 visible roses in website photo, only 3 came which were not healthy looking, and random flowers that just look bad. It isn't the large size that I paid extra for. I would give this negative stars if possible.

In reading the reviews for this florist it seems as if most people are really dissatisfied with their product. I had a radically different experience. My husband bought me the most beautiful bouquet of pink roses for Valentine's Day, delivered the day before on the 13th. It is March 3rd and those flowers are still alive. I've never seen flowers last as long as these have. My husband has given me a lot of roses throughout the years but these by far are beyond typical rose beauty. The picture does not do them justice.

If I could put less than a star I would! They ruined the surprise my husband made for me by sending battered and wilted flowers!! Every the water was dirty!! I am shocked they are still in business with this kind of service! Horrible experience! Never again. I am very upset instead of being happy because of this s!!!ty bouquet!!

First this review is of 1-800-Flowers. They did give a full refund however Oh my goodness what kind of florist is this. We ordered a $100 Lovely Lavender Arrangement and seriously got carnations and wilted filler. I would never ever use this florist or 1-800-flowers again
