I’ll keep this simple. My daughter picked up a dress she had altered and left her phone on the counter. The woman working there took it and when my daughter went back to get it, the woman denied it. We tracked the phone to her shop. She still denied. We called FPD. She still denied. They found it in her car behind the shop. DONT GO HERE. Service: Alterations

DO NOT COME HERE! One star is one too many that this business deserves. They are extremely overpriced to begin with but literally stole my money after ruining my garment! I am beyond upset with “crystal cleaners” it is crystal clear to me that NOBODY SHOULD COME HERE! I have had way too many awful experiences here and I should have learned after the first disappointment. I chose this place because it’s less than half a mile from my home. However the location convenience is not worth having them LOOSE MY CLOTHING. Yes you read that right, they lost a very expensive outfit I took here to be steam cleaned. After getting to know the woman who works here and her “bs”-co-signing sidekick, I wouldn’t doubt it if it was taken not “lost.” The woman doing alterations has NO IDEA what she is doing! She was supposed to take out the shoulders of a jacket I brought in and she returned it to me with holes looking awful like the jacket got into a fight with the sewing machine and scissors. She made me pay cash and REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. On top of it the woman and man who own this were beyond rude, unfair, and plain mean to me as well. I will never take my business here again and I strongly urge you not to as well! THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A DISGRACE TO FOLSOM AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!

Got ripped off from this alterations lady who ruined my garment so bad it was unrepairable. The co owner stood and laughed at how upset I was, and agreed the garment was indeed ruined but said it was the alteration ladies decision to not refund. The hack job was so bad that people I showed were shocked. This business should be closed, it has lost clothes of mine, smells and now the alteration portion is beyond terrible.

What are their operating hours? 7 am - 7 pm? Nope. I had a single sport jacket left on Friday for Wed or Thu pickup. Arrived on Wed at 430 pm, the store sign was "Open" but nobody home! Calls sounded like they were answered by a fax machine? Stopped by Thu morning at 8am to the same, lights on but nobody home!

Extremely disappointed in this company! Be very cautious when bringing your clothes here especially if you value them!! We brought 2 suits and a dress shirt and were told to come back the next week to pick up. I presented my receipt to the little girl who was working the front. After about 5 min of looking comes to ask what color the suits and shirt were. After spending 20 min waiting they proceeded to tell me that they have misplaced the pants to part of our suit. After giving them 2 weeks to look I returned to them asking me to basically have my pick of the pants that looked somewhat like the pants I brought. When I explained they did not match they then asked me to look for the pants myself in their store. After dealing with this for a month going back and forth with them asking for us to wait we asked them to replace the suit since it was ruined because the lost the pants. They refused and told us that they are NOT responsible or obligated to replace it. The owner tried to offer to pay $50 to buy new pants even after hearing directly from Men's warehouse that it is impossible since it was bought as a set. Really wish this company would have tried to take ownership for the mistake they made but they have still shown zero interest in doing so.
