I am extremely upset and disappointed I came in to get extraction and bone graft they took my copay of 1600 and charged my insurance 1900 once i left I'm in excruciating pain I call and ask them to send some motrin to the pharmacy and after waiting on hold 30 mins they refuse like are you serious you get almost 5000 out of me and can't send some pain killers for oral SURGERY recovery. Terrible I can't wait to have better medical!!!! You never even can get thru directly it's always some call center prolly in a different country. NEVER AGAIN I'm so upset

Smile time folsom dental receptionists Nicole, Mariah, Stephanie are fabulous they are professionals who extend their warmth, kindness.These ladies set the bar high for a excellence experience awaiting you from the staff. It's just superb and unbelievable. Great job ladies. Dr. Jack is a excellent dentist. I believe he is heaven sent. A professional that loves his profession. Extremely curious, informative and is amazingly able to save teeth and bring a beautiful smile back to a person. thank you.

Office refuses to honor free dental cleaning with insurance. They say that the dental cleaning is free but they will only give you the cleaning if you pay an extra 73$ for a bacterial treatment. Basically I'm not able to get a free cleaning unless I agree to their bogus charges. After I complained about this they tried to send me a bill for a cancer screening after the visit. This screening was not agreed to and not done. Thankfully the billing department agreed and removed the charge as it was not consented to. I have been with this dentist office for 6 years and have a high opinion of Jack the dentist but he doesn't run the office and what they are doing is clearly unethical! I will greave this with my insurance company. Best to find an honest dental office as this is no longer a quality office to choose!
