I called to list my vacation home for sale. I spoke with a agent who said he would call me back after investigated the property. I never received a call back. I guess they don't need my business. Would not recommend wasting your time with this outfit!!

I had some acreage that I had been trying to sell for over a decade. Sometimes for sale by owner other times listed by a broker. I reached out to Todd Brown at Fall River Real Estate and he agreed to take a shot at selling it. The lot wasn't even in his area but 80 miles away in Cottonwood.Todd saw the property finally sell while the local juggernaut agency in Redding could not get the job done. To them my lot wasn't worth their time.Todd was super responsive and knowledgeable. Every action that he needed to execute was done extremely efficiently. We were responsive but not nearly as quick as Todd. I felt guilty for the time he would call after hours or on a weekend. I swear the guy is always conducting business even if on a family trip. Thanks Todd, you are appreciated.
