        New manager's, interested in upkeep of grounds. Last managers got rid of trashy people. Hope new managers start upkeep of Apts that need maintenence. They are concerned about what needs to be done and are in contact with home office.

        I'm a current resident, and I love it here. Cheap, energy efficient apartments, nice play area, plus Central heat/ac. Good place to live.
