I bought 3 chains from this place all tarnished within 2 months. They never wanna fix the problem its always you have to pay! The gold is FAKE do not buy from them AT ALL! They a SCAM

Usually I get good stuff from them. Turned in a chain that needed a fix gave me a smaller chain then what I had. Ive spend alot of money with these guys dont understand the reason of giving me something that wasnt what I gave them. Go somewhere else.

Dont buy off them. Its not authentic jewelry. They advertise as real but its not authentic

So I stopped by this afternoon at 11:19 a.m. I went online and saw that they were having a sale as I'm walking to the store and I asked someone with men's chains were they blatantly ignored me there were two people working in the store they were not helping anybody they just ignored me I asked a second time still no response I walked away and I ended up at the jewelry store about four stores down I think it's Zes jewelry very nice guy help me immediately very attentive and end up buying two necklaces from him and I told him I'd rather go back to him any day if I could give them zero Stars I would as a person who works in customer service I feel like whoever the manager is should really get on their employees about being more attentive because not only did they miss a good sale opportunity they also missed out on a customer who would have came back if she would have been helped

Love my ring! I had great customer service at first. Until I brought the ring back because it was giving me blister on my finger and they didnt want to make it right. I found out the ring was completely fake! Now I have a ring I cant even wear! Sucks because they have a beautiful selection but I dont trust them now! All respect is gone!
