This place is great and it's under new Management and they are cleaning and fixing up what needs it. I have been here with my husband 2 and half years.
The New owners are exceptionally great people and Thank you!

"Serenity Inn" does not deserve one star, but it was my only option for leaving a review. The "inn" is INVESTED WITH COCKROACHES-which lead to disease and other unhealthy medical issues. The rent is SO EXPENSIVE but property is not maintained by any means and the rooms are inhospitable. There is drug use happening, but who wouldn't use if their environment looked the way the 'inn' does. Waterfront recovery seems like a scam. Please go somewhere else if possible.

This place takes advantage of the city and employees and no consideration of the less fortunate. Its a money , profitable place for the rich to have there clicks and abuse staff that doesnt meet their standards of the rich. Bugs crawl over your feet and spread to other places. Its run by a re-Hab center and drugs are everywhere. They dont have any experience in helping others with or without children who have economic problems and mental problems. Its a disgrace for people helping people. 650.00 a month for no cooking, no hot water most of the time and plumbing is out rages. But cockroaches are massive.
