In short, we did NOT have a positive second run-in with Anthony. Which is unfortunate given his crew did a great job for us last year. I'm also sad to not work with his father, Caesar who is extremely kind and a very hard worker... but Anthony? Let's just put it this way, despite being a returning customer who gave him a month and a half advanced notice, paid on time, agreed to pretty much everything he said -- I was treated as if he was the client and I the contractor. Anthony's demeanor and poor attitude in the last several weeks showed me that he personally was overwhelmed or taking out on me what might be other tough clients. This time around he was forgetful, not organized, failed to meet his own deadlines (but accused me of rushing his crew - what a joke!), he recommended a terrible unlicensed plumber who delayed our home remodel by two full weeks, and to top it all off... Anthony was confrontational, tried to use intimidation tactics on me, poor communicator and was extremely defensive to me even after admitting his own fault and apologizing for his poor behavior. In fairness, he did apologize for disrespecting me but I would never work with him ever, ever again. If you see a series of red flags like I did, do not sign contracts and move on with someone more courteous and professional with better references. Anthony is a supposed business owner but honestly, I see a child with a bad temper looking to make a buck. Trust me when I say he doesn't care about your home and don't let him recommend his plumbers. Services: Water fixture installation, Tile fitters
