I called All City cabs when my uber canceled on me and I needed a reliable ride to work. After taking my details, I was told a cab would arrive within 20 min. 35 minutes later I called to confirm a car was on it's way. The person who answered told me he would call dispatch to find out where the cab was and call me back. 10 minutes later I was still waiting so I called again. He told me that dispatch was supposed to take care of it and that's why he didn't call me back as promised. He said a cab was on its way. After 10 more minutes of waiting, I contacted uber again and finally got a ride that showed up when it said it would. All City never showed up and never called or texted me to let me know that they wouldn't be coming. I thought taxi drivers were supposed to be more reliable than uber and that's what justifies their higher fares. All City offered No Communication, No Reliability, and No Service. I won't be using them again and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.
