Came here 3 times so far with emergency jobs that I needed to have done right away, he accommodated me each time since they were pretty simple tasks and the price was reasonable, he worked fast and stands behind his quality. I drive over 30 min to get here and will continue to do so for any major alterations I need that I'm unable to fix in-house.

Turned in a sport coat to have the sleeves shortened on Wednesday, January 11th. Checked back on Monday January 23rd and the shop had not even touched it. That's unacceptable. If you are that busy that you can't finish a hem in a week, you should tell your customers up front. They had my coat for 12 days. Took my coat back and brought it somewhere else.

Ivan is SO skilled and welcoming, and Im amazed by the beautiful results (and more-than-reasonable prices). I cant recommend them highly enough!
