They did fine and I'd use them again.
During COVID, Out of the 10 4-star+ pumping companies I called, only 4 answered. S.P.S. was the soonest available [2 were booked 2 weeks out!] and cheapest [by $20 at $405* - others were $425 & $445]. They were nice on the phone & called to see if they could come an hour earlier - fine. The nice but quiet fella walked, moved, & talked slow but did a good job [it was a hot day but I provided a standing umbrella]. He only pumped the 1st/muck half of the tank [& half the other side empties too, back thru the baffle hole] and said that's standard..."it's just liquid." He did step on some plants but not sure how to do the job w/o doing so...just wish he'd asked me to move them 1st.
*He charged $410 [$5 more than quoted] and when challenged, he checked his info & restated $410. [Well it's only $5 - but it's the principle that bothered me.]
When requesting an invoice from the office, I briefly mentioned the quote difference, and they promptly Venmo'd the $5! I'd give 4.5 star if available.

Called after hours and got an emergency pump set up for first thing the next morning. They were on time, cheapest price AND they unclogged my plumbing blockage for free and tested my leach lines. Excellent service definitely recommend!

Called these guys to pump my tank and they were exceptionally wonderful on the phone, as well as onsite! Very thorough and friendly, they explained everything in great detail and their price was the lowest to boot. Awesome truck too, will be referring to friends and family for sure

Warning they do not empty your septic tank all the way, only Clear urine no solid waste, They simply tell you they do not want to vacuum rocks, and if you cancel the service at the spot they will still bill you for the full payment and if you don’t pay, The owners show up with his gangs Bodyguard at your house, needless to say they want the homeowner to clean the mess simply because septic tanker hose broke down Driver left without cleaning company never called to make an appointment for a cleaning company never called to apologize company never called to offer a discount, instead they call the county code of enforced, and if you’re a contractor they will contact the state contractors board just to take revenge from you. For more information about this company negligent or to file a complaint please contact San Diego department of environmental land and water division. They already have a complaint. File against them. Hope this save another innocent family.
