I had a slightly erratic relationship with the staff as per my inability to arrive anywhere in a timely manner, although they took it in stride and were always friendly, smiling and accommodating. I visited approximately 14 months off and on. I went from not hardly walking to almost able to touch my toes the physical therapist was a kind man and listened to what I was saying "he didn't give me the old doctor uh-huh" he actually listened and remembered the majority of our interactions which helped me because he cared about my outcome. I'd like to thank them for tolerating a whinny, sick and injured fella like me and I would recommend RANCHO PHYSICAL THERAPY to everyone I can walk and bend down do my own socks and shoes by myself. Big thanks to them as they'll never really know how much they helped me recover mentally and physically. Sincerely Joseph Sirota
