Customer service was 'okay', but definitely not going out of their way to help you out. I found they had a nice in-store inventory, but I don't know what they had in their warehouse or in the back; only on the shelves. I got a sweet backpack from there and when I went back the following month, they were shutdown; along with their website and all.

I'd like to just talk with a live person. I've tried and tried to reach someone there by fone and it just doesn't work. I just get put on musical hold---indefinitely!

I needed a cable release for a night photography project I was working on. I wasn't intending to spend a lot of money but when I got here they only had the more costly one available because they had just sold out of the less expensive one. Since I needed it right now I was going to have to buy the $40 one but the guy who was assisting me pulled one out from behind the counter and said here “I have an extra one you can have, no charge” It was used but like I care he totally made my day and saved me $40 bucks! I’m so going to bring him some coffee next time I come in to the store. I work in customer service and I know he didn’t have to do that. He could have made me spend the money for the more expensive one but he was a nice guy and he deserves some kudos for great customer service!
