Rite Aid - Closed

Is it that hard to hire ppl who greet customers? I know asking for a "have a nice day" from a Rite Aid employee is asking too much, but can they at least say hello when you approach the counter.

Went in there as I was craving ice cream because I'm 6 months pregnant ... was standing there while three cashier's were doing nothing and two other staff members walked by me after 10 mins of not being acknowledge I walked out with then cashier's asking if I needed help and other cashiers saying they had already called many times to help me but yet no one from the cashier took there time to stop gossiping and doing nothing rather call h someone to help me , no team work at all . I'll just take my money to baskin robins .

These people are useless. May as well be a self checkout pharmacy.

I am calling from a doctor's office, and it takes so long to just get a fax number! When I finally got a hold of a person to talk to, he placed me on a hold for 5 minutes! Ugh answer the phones pharmacy staff!
