Veni-Express has great Phlebotomists, but I find their constant bullying approach for payment upon arrival to the appointment to be highly unethical, crass and unprofessional. I always pay the fee as soon as the Phlebotomist leaves, but now they want you to pay ahead, so as a result, I decided to stop using their services. Fortunately, I have many other Laboratory options that don't have a 3rd world approach in customer service.

What great service! Veniexpress phlebotomist- Karina was so courteous and compassionate. Very professional. I am so grateful to Veniexpress for making this service ( mobile lab) available.

Setting up an appointment was terrible. They didn’t respond to emails in a timely manner so I ended up having to reschedule from the original date. I was very tempted to go to another service. The lady arrived about 30 minutes after she was supposed to get here, which wasn’t that big of a deal for me. Fortunately, my phlebotomist Sabrina was very friendly and I had a pleasant experience. I’d probably give them another shot next time.
