Perry & Sons Floors

We had Perry & Son refinish our hardwood floors while we were away for a week. On our return we found nicely finished floors and dust covering everything. No attempt to protect rooms that were not wood floors, kitchen, master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Every inc of baseboard had sealer rolled onto it as well as 5 doors all of which had to be repainted at our expense. They did agree to discount $200.00. I would not recommend this company!

Perry & Sons refinished our hardwood floor twice in 2018. They did a matte type finish per Perry’s recommendation and had to come back a second time because we immediately had water damage with minor spills. That continued to happen after the second job though and when I asked Perry to come and take a look again, he did but he told me it was because of our chairs and furniture scratching the floor. We put felt on the bottom of everything at that point but the damage has only continued and even happened with a spill in the pantry the other day where there has never been any furniture or traffic. The floor looks horrendous. I know this is late but I don’t like posting negative reviews. Looking at this floor every day kills me though and I don’t want others to have this experience.
