So rude and hung up on me numerous times and said a very rude comment. I would do some more research and go to someone else!

We at Acacia Dental Care are not aware of any messages. If a patient leaves a message on our answering machine we will try to respond by there next business morning. If our office in Escondido closes early we do transfer our phone lines to our Pasadena office. The Pasadena office does have access to our doctors and to our schedules.

So far I'm not very impressed with the way they treat customers. I've been in major pain - waiting for a week to get into their office - and my insurance needed an approval. They tried calling the office 6 separate times, all of which I had to initiate. Finally I called the dentist to ask why no one can get a hold of them, and they didn't even have my appointment. The guy acted like he was doing me a favor "fitting me in". He didn't apologize for wasting my time, or for the fact that the appointment was screwed up.

I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. The provider and staff were arrogant, impersonal and late. I need emergency services for a toothache, all my calls went to voice mail. When I did get through, I was told they were helping the doctor, and it was too late in the day for me to be seen...then the doctor wouldn't be in till the following day. There were no apologies or offers to assist me with finding another dentist to help. I've been to many dentist and this one was the worst in customer service.
