I can't say enough kind things about the staff here. From day one when I called to make arrangements to today when we picked up moms remains, Trudee and Miriam have been just so kind. I know these folks see death quite a lot but when our mom and grandma passed, both ladies were so genuine with their condolences. This has been a rough time but the staff at Gold Coast have made things a little easier. Also, knowing that mom was in their care the entire time made me feel at peace. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

During one of the most heartbreakingly difficult time in my family’s lives the staff treated us as if we were family. Their kindness was beyond what I had ever experienced. They allowed me a private final moment with my husband of nearly 56 years. I will always treasure those moments as hard as they were. The process was dignified, the staff compassionate. On the business side, their pricing was exceptionally reasonable. There were no hidden fees. No sudden switching of what they stated they are going to charge or do. The walked me verbally through the process, explained everything fully, patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gold Coast Cremation. J. Britton

If I could give a lower score I would, these people are rude and do things outside of the law, the owner Trudy is rude and doesn’t have customer service skills at all. They will break a family apart

Gold Coast Cremation the best price and very professional in handling my dads cremation...I would highly recommend them.
