Oak Hill Memorial Park

Come spend thousands of dollars to burry your loved ones and never be able to visit because they're open for like 6 hours. The property is terribly kept also.

Apple Maps , google maps , google , yelp all say this cemetery closes at 4:30 not at 4 or 3:30 but at 4:30 & they have the workers close the gates at 4? Yeah I understand it's only 30 minutes but if your times says 4:30 everywhere including your own rules then it should close at 4:30 not at 4

The only reason why this place is getting a 2 is because the ground keeper was so kind. He was in a car and was very sweet and polite. The office ladies...whole other story! So incredibly rude. You would think that because you are dealing with the hardest time of your life, the office staff would be more kind. Not here. Very unsettling. Definitely should work on the customer service over the phone

The woman running the office was extremely dismissive and rude.  I drove from northern California to see my beloved 2nd mother. I called in advance to make sure it was the correct cemetery in as condido. No reply.When she did open the door once I got to Oak Hill, she kept referring to instructions On the outside wall how to find the plot.  When I showed her on my phone that it was obvious I could not easily find the plot, she referred to the instructions on the wall yet again.Shame on you. A disgusting representation  Of the cemetery were my beloved 2nd mother is buried.

Brought over my 90 year old parents. For some reason the general manager has a policy limiting in-office visits to 2 people. My folks are elderly, frail and need my help with getting around and making decisions. This antiquated policy needs to go.
