I don't go there often enough!!! Cakes are amazing! Coffee is good! Staff is friendly and efficient! I definitely need to go more often!!

I was in need of a Smash Cake for my 1 year olds 1st bday pictures. Waiting until the morning of pictures to order was NOT the best plan. However, I called Cute Cakes and they saved the day! We picked up a beautiful Smash Cake on our way to the photo shoot. Not only did our little guy love his first dose of serious sugar, but the cake looked amazing in the pictures! Overall, I sincerely appreciate the top-notch customer service and care. Smash Cake saved the day!

Cupcakes look sooo delicious! I placed my order through the phone and I got a bad vibe immediately. The lady who answered the call was trying to convince me to just place it inside because I'd have to come inside anyway, but I was trying to save time by calling ahead. I ordered vegan cupcakes. When I got to the place it seemed clean and smelled so good. How ever it wasn't like other stores. The staff seemed to be in a bad mood as they didn't greet me nor ask any questions when I arrived and while I was looking at their options. It was as if I wasn't even a customer. I ordered a dozen custom cupcakes but also asked to purchase an already made cupcake placed on display for my 3 year old daughter. I asked if I could have to single cupcake now but the cashier told me I had to wait (for her to simply take it out of the display?) She stated she'd grab it for me shortly after but instead began folding towels and doing menial tasks... After a few minutes I re-engaged and she once again deflected the request stating she'd bring it soon. After waiting for roughly 30 minutes, she finally brought my complete order out, pointed at it and shrewdly stated "There's your order". The enthusiasm she had when presenting a cake to an older white gentleman was vacant when I received my order. Due to the customer service I won't be coming back. I felt very uncomfortable coming here and imagine it's hit or miss depending on variables I don't understand... I felt like I was not rude in anyway to cause how I was treated, especially since I didn't even get greeted and was ignored up until I had to grab the cashier's attention (during a very non-busy hour)
