Rent is high, dont expect the apartment landlord to do anything about window leaks, fixes in general. We Put in two requests and were told that they wont do anything about it. Next stop, is the building regulations, and health inspector. Losing sleep due to the constant issues. As you can see, older reviews from years ago have the same issue. This still hasnt been fixed. I would not recommend this place

My family has lived in this building almost 4 years. Our experience was mainly positive until our master bedroom window began to grow mold because of a defective window. We notified the landlord over 4 months ago and have called and emailed multiple times since then, but have only received very sporadic responses with no end in sight. I understand that the owner does not want to pay for a new window, but we are concerned about our health (we have two small children, including a newborn, and I have asthma) and there has been no sense of urgency to have it replaced or fixed in a timely manner. There have been issues in the past like the parking garage gate breaking and damage to our cars from a water leak, but we overlooked them because management was responsive. Unfortunately, a new manager took over the building at the same time as this issue came up and we can no longer recommend living here. ETA: responding the owner's reply - Monica, thank you, I have reached out to you a number of times over the last several months but would be happy to follow up with you again about my concerns.
