The worst. My surgery was scheduled for Tuesday the 20th. They called and insisted I take the machine on Friday the 16th. I set an appointment of 10:00 fir the 16th. Their delivery driver arrived at 12:30. After getting the surgery they called on the 22nd and wanted to pick up saying I had the machine for 7 days and that was all that was authorized. Told me I had to go through the process of getting a prescription for additional days. TOTAL SCAM. Do not use or allow them to drop off medical equipment.

Couldnt be happier with this near by medical supplies store. I urgently needed crutches for a fractured ankle and they had exactly what i was looking for at a great price.
