I had a bad experience. First, with scheduling; then with the testing process; then when I spoke to the doc by phone, he was distracted and doing something else in the background. They kept changing my appointments and the instructions. I was bounced around and delegated to one person after another, until I realized that no one is at the helm. I was quite enthusiastic because a friend has had good results, but my distasteful experience leads me to assume that this is a factory - nothing truly personalized - and that it is an add-on to whatever Dr Lai actually does. The people I spoke to on his team live all over the country, and the slow response times indicates to me that they are either new to this (all of them, including the doc!) or that this is a very low priority part of their business. Extremely dissatisfied. *In response to your response below: My friend goes to the franchise in San Diego. I suspect there is a difference between them, depending on the doctor. Thank you for your public apology, but I really don't want to have anything more to do with your office specifically nor with BodyLogic in general.

Dr. Lai and his team were easy to work with and really seem to care about their patients. I've only had my initial consultation with Dr. Lai, but it was very informative and he walked me through all the results of my blood tests. I just started the program so I'll have to come back to share my results and progress. So far so good!

I have been going to Bodylogic for close to ten years. Now I love it even more because they introduce me to hormone pellets. The Best!

2 months in towards 2 year plan- the staff and doctor listens an ask how I feel WOW people that care how I feel! Looking forward to years to come.
