I called this company on a Sunday evening and Technician came the following morning. He was professional, quickly evaluated and fixed the problem and gave me alternatives should there ever be another issue. He did it all within a half hour. I would highly recommend them. He was fast, to the point and yet a reasonable person who provided good information about the work to be done. I liked his professionalism and objective attitude. (He was on time and wore shoe covers, as we do not wear shoes in the house.

Technician is a very friendly, and very efficient. When he called and asked about the situation, he was very prompt in coming over (less than 30 minutes) to assess and correct the problem. I had called another firm earlier today, when my key got jammed in the deadbolt, and they told me they'd call with an ETA for their tech. (They never called back.) This guy came promptly. Got the key out. When I tried the key again and it got jammed again, I decided that it was probably better to replace the entire lock. He had all the equipment on hand and replaced the lock immediately.
