Coach nayah is nurturing and understanding. She had a way of being in the storm with me when I was struggling with the circumstances in my life. Coach Nayah helped me gain a deeper positive self-image and a new profound respect for myself. She is amazing at her work. Because of her I have gained love for myself and was able to let go of toxic people in my life. I would recommend her 100x.

Update: Coach Nayah is the best! I have received several services from her. Self awareness is a key component that coach Nayah has used throughout my journey. Ever since I adopted this mindset, I’ve been able to use it in all aspects of my life. She molds each strategy depending on which stage of life you are currently in. I’ve been with her for 2 years now and she has helped me in my career, family relationships and now dating relationship. For the dating scene, her advice was a little unorthodox or at least to me it was, but I couldn’t done it without her. Here’s a little bit of my story. I have dated before but didn’t have much success finding the guy who would commit but most importantly treat me as the valuable woman that I am. When I started the dating again (this time online), I asked coach Nayah for guidance. The mindset that coach Nayah insisted that I should have from now on is knowing my value, worth and being aware of every step. It’s important to keep that mindset and shine it. I was having difficulty in my relationships due to past traumatic events that I was not aware of that was hindering me. I was referred toncoach nayah and was unsure of utilizing her services due to my own conceptions of any kind of coaching, therapy etc. Upon contact Coach Nayah was very informative, assuring and comforting. I felt very comfortable from the beginning. I am so happy I took this step.
