I would have rated higher before the past few months, but service and quality have really just gone down. The last time I had an order I ordered the kids menu Nutella Rolls for my co-worker's 3-year-old son as an afternoon snack, and the bread came days old hard. You could have turned them into croutons already. His son couldn't even bite into the bread - that's how old the bread was. When I called GrubHub to ask for a refund, the rep said Nuts 'n Berries denied it was old bread and that they get fresh ingredients daily. This was NOT fresh - both my co-worker and I tried one and agreed it should not have been prepared, especially for a child. And that's only from that day - I have refrained from posting other issues the past few months. I hope things get better here as we used to enjoy their food and smoothies a lot, but now it's just not worth the prices, and their lack of consideration in customer service is disappointing.
