        Service advisor Mike V is extremely helpful, he's always going above and beyond to ensure my needs are being met. I've been going to BMW of Encinitas for little over a year, coming east county. SO FAR SO GOOD, very satisfied.

        Arrived to the service department entry and was immediately attended to by one of the service staff. I was asked if I had an appointment. I said yes and gave him my name and he said he would find my service contact Stefano. Stefano appeared and we discussed the services my car required and I was asked to sign several forms. I sat in the waiting area located parts department and helped my self to a cup of coffee. After an hour, Stefano found me and told me my car was ready. I followed Stefano back to the service department, signed a few forms and Stefano handed me the keys and walked me out to my car.
