Robert provided a very high level of work as well as excellent customer service . He explained multiple security options in detail , and was generous with his time on the phone - even before I decided to hire him . He is a problem solver , and a pleasant one at that . Robert was referred to us from my neighbor who used his service.  Since our complex has unique front doors, she said that he was familiar with servicing it.After explaining to him the problem with our lock, he provided a quote of the job.  I was fortunate to coordinate a time that day for him to look and fix the lock. He was prompt and assessed the lock situation.Throughout the time he was fixing the lock, he explained what was wrong and what he was doing. He also corrected other problems that he saw that was due to bad installation.  I learned a lot about the front door lock mechanism from him.  I cannot thank Robert, of Lockdown Security, enough for fixing our problem in a quick and timely manner. If you need locksmith help, he is definitely the person to contact!

Person I spoke with was very helpful. They actually didn't provide the walk-in service I needed. But he listened to all my needs and referred to me the right place and what to ask for.
