        Nice hotel, excellent staff, Mattress can be better. I had back pain with mattress/pillow combination....but I guess most of the hotels are like this. I love Hyatt brand at most of the places. Staff was awesome....they were very helpful and were approachable with smile.

        This is our favorite place to stay. Great location. Service is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I hope it is maintained. Walkability: The walk to shops and restaurants is so nice especially in the beautiful Bay area weather.

        Rooms: Clean and spacious rooms! Walkability: Right across Bay Street Emeryville mall- VERY convenient Food & drinks: Complementary breakfast was a good spread of food and drinks!
