I recently had the opportunity to run a factual scenario by an AMFS doctor before proceeding down the rabbit-hole of litigation. In my 40+ years of litigation experience I cannot remember having such a candid, objective and productive pre-litigation conversation with a potential expert. In this conversation, the good doctor actually provided me with a rationale for why my client should not proceed with litigation; a message I was able to share with my client. Frankly, I had not heard of AMFS before, but I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
