        The hours here are pretty limited and the rates go up pretty frequently. The staff here is awesome, though. I just wish it was open as late as many other storage facilities. The gate code wont work after 7 pm 7 days a week. My monthly rate went from $70/month which includes rental insurance they add in since I dont have my own policy and that increases yearly, too. Kind feel its a bit of a rip off. Last year I was paying $115/mo and it went up to $130 this year so a hike of $15, in one year. I feel this is a little much$10 a month more would have been more reasonable. Ive had my unit here for about 5 years now so Im now paying $60 more a month. I really need to empty it out and get rid of the junk in there and get a smaller unit elsewhere. On my list of to dos. But its clean and kept clean always. But seriously to have my rate almost in the time Ive been there for basically a box that is about 5 x 7. Time to go for a dump run!
