Peak Moments Sports Photograph

I received my team picture just this morning from a friend who was asked by the swim coach to hand it to me. It was the team picture I bought two years ago. I was supposed to receive it when the season ended, but many other swimmers and I at the time did not receive them. Here I am, as a senior, and I finally receive the team picture I bought two years ago. I asked if there were others that were handed out, but my friend was the only one to get mine to deliver to me.I had a chance of receiving the picture last year before I quit the team, but I didn't. I am unclear if the coach held onto the team picture or if she had gotten it recently, but I am clearly unhappy with receiving a picture I bought two years ago. Either way, receiving late grew later.

I would give Peak Moments a zero if possible. We ordered a digital copy with our photos and never received it. We have left several message and they have yet to return our call. This is the 3rd time I've had to followup to get the digital copy. I wish Elevate Gymnastics would use a different photographer.

This is the absolute WORST photography experience I’ve ever had. My daughter had her photos taken by this person at her gym. This is her first time in sports so of course I was eager to have her first sports photos taken. Her photos were taken in May.... it’s now August and I have not received my photos. We have called, emailed, texted AND spoken to him in person multiple times. He keeps promising that we will get our photos on certain dates and we still have not received them. Thankfully we paid with a check (which was cashed months ago at this point) because we never got a receipt either. I hope to someday see my daughters first gymnastics photos...someday.
