I had a fantastic experience acquiring an online-ordered guitar. They delivered it to my house, and I didn't have to take my kids out to the store, thus I give them 5 stars! I want to conduct more business with them in the future.

Took my husband's guitar there for repair and Kurt took one look at it and was able to tell me some cool stuff about it. He also helped me find the exact part I needed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Sadly, he wasn't in when I returned, but the young man who was there was able to get it fixed and had it done very quickly with expert precision. The guitar is good as new without breaking the bank.

Very nice staff. Helped us find what we needed and gave good recommendations. Also came in to ask about instrument repair... it's no longer offered at skips but they suggested alternative locations.
