I recently took a gold chain that had broken into the store to have it fixed. The store fixed the chain as best as they could but I noticed that they didnt make any attempt to remove some lint and hair that had accumulated on the chain due to regular use of the chain. I find it unprofessional that they didnt clean up the chain and give it back to me looking clean and shiny?

My experience, not a true jewelrystore, just another generic franchise with markup. Gave them plenty of buisness in the past and will no longer do so. Had a Seiko Tuna Waterproof down to 900 ft. It needed a new battery and possibly a new o-ring. They said they had no way and could not change o-ring if needed. I asked them if they could order the o-ring and they stated no, take the watch to a person that services a Seiko. Maybe it was because my watch is only worth $1k and 20 years old, I don't know! However if they can not order, replace a simple o-ring and battery on a watch, then they are just another wholesale distributor only and may as well be a monkey pushing a button. If I could give no stars I would.

Helped pick out my fiance and My wedding rings. Julie, no longer there, and another associate were extremely helpful and non stressed in the entire purchase. Everyone there has been amazing and we are forever grateful for the incredible customer service.
